At HoneyShapy, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. Our shapewear products are intimate-wear items and come in direct contact with the body. To maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure every customer receives a fresh, unused product, we follow the policy below.

No Return/No Exchange-Hygiene Protection

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any intimate-wear items, including:

Shapewear
Bodysuits
Underwear
Shaping shorts
jumpsuits

Any product worn close to intimate areas

Once shipped, orders cannot be returned due to:

• Wrong size ordered
  
• Change of mind
  
• Color/fit preference
  
• Product not suiting you
  
• This policy ensures 100% hygiene and protection for all customers.

🛡️ Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive:

✔ A damaged item

✔ A defective item

✔ A wrong product

✔ A missing item

We will replace it FREE of cost.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
  
• Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  
• Photos showing the issue
